We start by inspecting all incoming raw materials, including steel coils from our approved mills. We check material certificates, surface condition, thickness, and width before any coil enters our roll forming lines. During production, our operators perform regular dimensional checks using calibrated tools. We monitor web height, flange width, lip height, thickness, straightness, and cut length on every batch. For punched channels, we check hole positions, diameters, and edge quality. For galvanized products, we use coating thickness gauges to verify that the zinc layer meets specifications.
Before final packing, we conduct a visual inspection and verify that all dimensions match the customer's requirements.
